Hi, can I get the MF, RV, Incentives, Loyalty, etc.) for a 2020 X3 sDrive30i, 36/10, 92630. I have a current X3 lease that I'm returning.

I'm looking at a loaner X3 with 4188 miles on it. Don't have all the specifics yet but MSRP is $44,545 and sale price is $37,995. They're offering $369/month for 10K miles a year with $3788 total due at signing. Is this a good deal? Thanks!

If the selling price includes the incentives, then the effective discount is only around $3000 - for loaners and demos, you want to target 15-18% off MSRP, before applying the incentives.

Also, ask the dealer for the breakdown of the $3788 DAS - in CA,we recommend you only pay the first payment and the DMV costs at signing, and roll everything else into the monthly payment.

Is this incentive based on where you live or where the dealer is located? Dealer in Baltimore is only at $2750 incentive.

I confirmed that the $37,995 is before the incentives kick in, so this is effectively a 14.7% discount from MSRP. Any tips of the trade to get them closer to the 16%-18% range? Tried to negotiate a little but he wasn't budging. Said it's their final internet price...Also, going to try and negotiate the forgiveness of the $350 disposition fee. Anything else i can try to negotiate to bring down payments?

Also, confirmed that the MF is .00142 and 57% residual with 4188 miles on the X3. They included the $1750 lease credit, plus $1500 loyaly and a $1000 pull ahead credit to get me out of my current lease. I still owe $1242 on the current lease, so this means i owe $242 on the current lease. Down Payment is $1000, which includes the first month payment and taxes. He said the DMV fees are already paid and not due for 9 months... Anyway, with all of this, the final payment came out to $466 per month after taxes. I've been playing around with some lease calculators and can't get close to this number.Any idea is this is correct and a good deal? Thanks again for your help!

Do you have a second dealer you can negotiate with? Don't be afraid to shop OC, LA and inland empire dealers. Most dealers won't negotiate against themselves.

Disposition fee is mandated by the bank; nothing you can do about it, other than buy or lease another BMW when this lease is up.

Thanks for the tips... I'm now negotiating with a few dealers off of each other, so we'll see where that lands... regarding the DAS, it's $768.50 total, broken down as $463.50 first month payment, $23 license fee, $30 electronic signing fee and something called "CITY2009" which is $251.88.

Somehow my down payment went down from $1K to $768.50 AND my lease rate dropped $3 per month.... I haven't even negotiated further with them...

EDIT - his sales Manager fixed the DMV fees and thats why the due at signing & mo. payment went down
