I have three months left on my current lease and received the following email from a dealer. The dealer told me that 2 months lease payments would be waived. I asked if it was waived from corporate or by his dealership as part of the deal. I will post his response below. I’m just wondering if you think this is legit or they will roll it into the deal.

It's a little complicated but the money comes from BMWFS, not the dealership..

Hello - I received the below for a 2020 X3 M40i loaner (with around 4K miles) and would be interested in getting some feedback. My initial reaction is that the discount for a loaner should be more (close to 18%) and the MF also appears to be marked up.
