Your tax amount looks way off for Illinois.
Seems it should be around $1100, not $1860.
$1860 looks like the tax on a purchase.
Maybe, they put the $675 acquisition fee in that number?

I calculate $374/mo. vs their $386/mo. (with correct MF of .00107.)

The deal looks okay.. not a great lease program to work with.
