Seems decent but you probably get get a little lower.

I am in the market for a 2019 GLI S manual this month in Chicago. I am not titling the vehicle in Cook County so I don't pay the additional tax. My first quote from my dealer before any negotiation for a 36/10k lease was $311 with $0 due at signing.

Very nice, wish I could find the pure grey in the DSG S near me. I' have a small deposit down to hold the car at my dealer now, looking at ~$311/month for DSG S which includes Chicago taxes. I'll be putting about $2k down to cover first payment, taxes, fees etc. I'll post more once I finalize... waiting for Carvana to come out and inspect my current Civic for a lease buyout.

@efroten don't put the 2k down imo. with MF that low only is about $1 per month extra to finance it.

I'm contacting multiple dealers and basically no one will go down below $359/month with $0 down for 12k. and $349/month with only first month down for 10k. These numbers drop significantly if I put $1k or $2k down.
