Why so much up front? What does it cover?
How much is the wear and tear coverage? I've found that to be unnecessary - I've had 6 leases and yet to pay for excess damage.

Also, what is the MSRP?

Check with a local dealer, and see what they offer. It's possible they have incentives we don't know about.
