If .00127 MF was really the rate, then your total Rent Charge would be $6333, not $8428
Using the base MF of .00169. the Rent Charge is correct.
They've written down the wrong rate, but used the correct rate.

If you are paying the $3572 Due at Signing, I'm not sure why there would be an "Inception Fee Deficiency"?
Are you only paying $2500 at signing?

The payment calculations are correct.
My only issues:
Inception fee deficiency - (noted above)
Acq.fee marked up by $300
Doc fee: $499

Seems like a pretty big discount, though I don't follow pricing.

@kyfdx the inception fee deficiency of $1014 is my last payment before I only have 3 payments left. Currently I have 4 payments of $1014/month due but I have one coming up next week. After this payment I qualify for the 3 month pull ahead program. So I guess they included that last payment. Does that get rolled into the monthly payment or part of the $3500 that I'm putting down? Other than this does the deal look good? Thanks again for taking your time with this. Much appreciated.

My other question is whether you happen to have the *48* month residual for March (still at 10k/year mileage) ...
