I am trying to help my mother in law lease a 2020 Class Sedan RWD in either zip code 33301 or 30312 depending on if South Florida or Atlanta has better incentives/rebates etc.

Can someone supply: Money Factor, Residual, Incentives (conquest?-she currently leases a Lexus) in zip code 33301 and 30312 for 36 months/10k miles per year?

Thanks Michaell. Would you expect better numbers/incentives in December for an end of year winter clearance type promotion? And do you know how MBFS handles lease deals on a customer ordered vehicle? (For example, with BMWFS, a customer can order a vehicle to their specification in May, and lock in that month's lease numbers even though the vehicle probably won't be delivered until July. They also give you the option to choose to switch to the lease numbers offered when the car is delivered, if deals have improved.) Lastly, just to clarify, is the 9 MSDs maximum b/c MBFS won't allow an MF below .00007 on this model? Thanks again for all your help!

As far as we know, MBFS will NOT lock rates on an order.

Yes, 9 MSDs, because lowest allowed MF is .00005
