Assuming acquisition fee, dealer fee and DMV, sales tax on rebates, along with 1st payment, are paid upfront.

$2615 looks like a big, big discount. You sure that's the price before deducting incentives? And, that it's valid with the lease program?

My post above factored in the $2000 incentive

When you roll in non-taxable items, or items that already have tax included (like the first payment), you are subjecting them to the 7% sales tax on the payment, that wouldn't have to be paid.

You are in a Region B state. I'm pretty sure that you can't get Region A rates, if you live in a B state.

I did not ask the DAS amount (I forgot). But since the down payment is $0, I assume it would be the doc fee, government fees and the first month's payment based on a 2019 lease agreement I've seen from the same dealer.

I wouldn't assume anything - the dealer will include whatever they can get away with, if you're not paying attention.
