    12k miles/annually. But I'm open to any term between 36 months - 42 months. I whatever the best deal is at the moment. I would have originally said 36. But, I had a dealer come back to me and say that their best term is on 42 months currently but wouldn't give me any additional details.

    Ok, gonna try to give all the information this time. I am looking for R/V and MF for a 2020 Ram 1500 Bighorn Crewcab 4x4 with V8 engine. 36/12 and 42/12. Zip code 48150.

    Also if there are any incentives available. I am assuming these numbers are from Chrysler Capitol. Dealer is trying to put me through US bank with a R/V of 50% and a MF of .0010 on a 42/12. Telling me this is the best deal out there.

    Often, alternate banks have bigger incentives, which negate the higher MF.

    Dealers' computer systems are programmed to provide the best deal, regardless of the individual numbers. You'll have to compare them to figure out what's best, for you.

    With the MSRP and final prices given, I calculate a pre-tax payment of $502/mo.

    With the incentive amount quoted, that is likely a US Bank or Ally lease - we do not have their program numbers.

    Ask the dealer what the $3500 or $5000 up front covers - tax? fees? Or, is it just down payment and those other items also have to be paid.

    In NJ, we recommend you pay only the first months payment and registration costs when you sign the paperwork. All the taxes and fees should be added into the monthly payment.
