If they are adjusting off of 7.5K/yr, then it's not a Chrysler Capital lease. Lowest mileage allowance for CC is 10K/yr
It isn't an upcharge, it is just a reduction in residual off the base mileage allowance.
Most banks start with 15K/yr, then adjust upward for lower mileage. This seems to be the opposite, starting at 7.5K/yr, and adjusting the residual downward. The adjustment is 3% of MSRP.

You can also tell it's not a Chrysler Capital lease, because your final residual is 52% vs. 49% for CC.

We don't have the lease parameters for other banks. Your total outlay of $2000 upfront and $345/mo seems reasonable for this model. Dealers use other banks, if the resulting payment is lower.

Start with the 2021 model. Once you get a quote, ask them if the 2020 model can be leased for any less.
