Can I have MF, RV, and Incentives on 2020 RX 350 AWD for 36 months, 15k/ yr in zip 11772. Lexus is offering 1st month complimentary payment of up to $700. If your monthly payment is $500, do you receive a credit for the remaining $200 or is it lost? Thanks

Can't answer your other question specifically, but it's usually just the first payment that is covered. That should motivate you to roll upfront costs into the monthly payment, rather than pay them upfront.

We are to go to get our new 2020 RX450h tomorrow, I need to know if we are getting a good deal or should we keep shopping.

Why put down almost $5400 (CCR + bank fee + doc fee) to start a lease?

That money would be lost if the car were to be stolen or totaled, and it masks the true cost of the lease (closer to $675/mo if you amortize the $5400)

Here is the dilemma. If I use the leasehackr calculator ( https://leasehackr.com/calculator ) I get numbers that make sense.
I call 6 different dealers, all have 6 different answers and numbers.
If it's A B C D E F etc. to get to the bottom line, why is everyone shooting all the crazy numbers.
Key point here is we do not need to do this, as I said, looking for the deal of deals and the rock bottom price. We can wait. However, I'm open to suggestions, if any.

Subtracting $3971 CAP reduction from $51950 sale price results in Adjusted CAP of $47,979.
Using that adjusted CAP, payment should be $477.29+tax (7%?) = $505.93/mo. (vs. $525/mo)

I'll guess that your adjusted CAP is higher.
Why? Upfront tax on the CAP reduction? Some other fee added to the CAP cost?

I don't know.. But, I'd ask for the adjusted CAP, and why it doesn't line up with (selling price minus Cap reduction).

The difference is about $750 total.

Other than that, it seems like an average deal.

And, getting to the payment your wife likes, is a perfectly good reason for putting extra money upfront.

Just got an email quote from a dealer and they are telling me the residual is 57% for the 2020 RX350 AWD F-Sport. From past experience, I didnt think dealers could manipulate the residual value (I currently lease a 2017 RX350).

First month payment of $607.33 paid by Lexus.
35 Payments of $607.66 ( $525 plus $82 for taxes and bank fee )
