That is correct - 57% for the "base" F-Sport and 55% for the Dynamic or Performance trim of the F-Sport

The adjusted cap cost is the selling price plus any fees or such that you aren't paying up front.

I'm looking at the RX 350 FWD with navigation (not F sport). Zip 30301. Something seems off with their numbers. They didn't include a MF and I've asked them more details but I'm waiting on the reply. I ran some of the numbers in the leasehacker calculator and I'm not getting anything close to what they offered.

The number you need from the dealer is the adjusted cap cost, and an accounting of how they got to that number from the selling price.

You have to account for the dealer doc fee (likely large in GA), the $795 acquisition fee, and the GA TAVT amount.

How much are they asking for the "wear and tear"? Frankly, I'd skip it unless you are lousy at taking care of your cars. I've had 6 leases, and not been charged a dime at the end of any of them.
