    I'm sure there are better incentives for 2019, but by how much better?

    You can't look at just the incentives to compare lease programs. You have to see it in it's entirety, including the amount of dealer discounting (assuming that might be different)

    Would you mind giving me the same numbers but at 10K, instead of 12K? This will be my wife's car, and she probably drives it between 10-11K/year, so I'm weighing the risk adjusted costs.

    Add 1% to the residual value for 10K

    Toyota has about a dozen different regions; I'm not certain if Lexus has the same, or fewer.

    Regions are several states in size; no ZIP code differentiation within the region.
