    Residual is 64%
    Monthly payment $490/month
    $1759 at signing including first month lease payment, and $795 acquisition fee, and MV Title $380. Dealer documentation fee $75

    Biggest issue in negotiations was inventory. With car play and android auto, most buyers are avoiding the navigation package (which I want) which combined with Lexus' focus on 20" wheels (bad idea) and F sport, has led to only a few cars with premium package and nav.

    With all the info I finally have do you think this is a good deal?
    With that adjusted CAP, I get $428/mo+tax, so that obviously isn't correct.
    Either that, or they've marked up the money factor.

    Adjusted CAP would have to be about $48,050 to achieve that pre-tax payment.

    $3800 upfront =
    $524 first payment
    $795 acquisition fee
    $400 DMV/doc fees
    $350 upfront tax on rebate/cap reduction
    $2100 CAP reduction

    $50.000 minus $2100 = $47,900 adjusted CAP
    That's only about $150 off what I calculated, and of course, my estimates above are rough, so pretty close.

    I think the $46,182 is some random number that didn't include all of the amounts.

    In effect, the dealer discount is $3040 off the MSRP, before accounting for the rebate.
