    On my dealer's website, it's showing $1500 lease incentive and $750 Lexus loyalty. I don't see those specials on the Lexus USA website though

    1k down plus fees (acquisition, document prep, etc)

    10k / year and .00005 mf

    27 month payment is 494.64 which include CA tax

    thoughts on this deal? not sure about all those extra fees, and im not really familiar with 27 month leases -- is that better than 36 month? they tell me it is, and the payment goes up like $30 with 36 month

    Yes, there are incentives to make the 27 month term better, this month.

    But, in CA, you'll pay a full year's registration for those extra 3 months.

    1500 due at signing -- the first payment + 1k basically. I dont love putting anything down for leases -- should I ask to reduce or eliminate the fees?

    Great point about the registration perhaps I can ask for some help on that from them as well?

    In CA, we recommend you pay the first payment and DMV costs at signing only.

    Better to negotiate a lower selling price rather than negotiate the fees individually.

    Not sure you'll get the dealer to give you any consideration on the DMV issue. Again, you can maybe try to get a bit taken off the price to compensate.

    That is a really good price.
    $1500 due at signing is fine.. Once you account for the first payment, DMV and tax on the rebate, it just about eats up that amount, anyway.

    I want the details (mf, residual, lease incentives, also any cash incentives for outright purchase) for the lowest annual mileage they offer (i drive less than 5K). I think it used to be 7500 miles, not sure if that's the case.

    I'm interested in 7,500 (and/or lowest available) 36 months lease.

    Is it worth looking into a 27 month lease? I'll have to pay the full registration fee for the last 3 months, and don't care for the idea of doing this again in 27 months. Why are they pushing the 27 month option? If it's a good deal, please provide info on 7500/27 month as well.

    I would like to know what/how much discount expected for RX350 to buy on cash in zipcode 94087? Is it worth investing extra bucks for hybrid version (i.e RX450h) or does not really good return of the extra $$$ upfront?

    So after some negotiations, dealer offers $420 (tax included) monthly payment for 27mo/10K (zip code 22060) with $5K down for 2020 RX350F Sport. Is that a good deal?
