I also believe his deal has a 22K mile overage (4K cost) from a previous lease which is making the payments much higher.

How come your selling price went up by 2K from your original quote?

They sent me a sheet saying the selling price included the $1,750 rebate. After digging, I founf out that Lexus applies the $1,750 lease cash as a Capitalized Cost Reduction on the customer's behalf.

Every $1,000 is about $25 so I guess your base payment should be low 600s. Still have some room to play. I am getting 10% off a 2020 and 20% off a 2019

my deal is for a 27 month/20K per year lease. 10% off a 2020 seems to be "the right" price. Not all dealers are going that low. A few have dug their heels in well before the 10% off number.

10% before incentives for 2020? and 20% before incentives 2019? If so, that is solid. I'd jump on that.

both are with incentives. 2019 is about 22.4%. 2020 is 12.5%

That's the number I used for my calculation.

But, you listed that as the selling price - the cap cost is the selling price plus any taxes or fees you aren't paying up front. That's the number you need to get from the dealer.
