2020 Lexus RX Lease Deals and Prices

Thank you for the information, this is the first time I've seen 27 month lease. Is this common and do you recommend this versus a 36 month? Looks like the 27 month has better residual and MF so would equate to a lower monthly payment?

Lexus has always offered a 27 month term; this is the first time it actually is advantageous to use.

But, always good to run the numbers for both terms to see which makes more sense to you.

i think all this ((December to Remember)) sale hype is not a big deal,,
Lexus gives you more lease cash(1750$ instead of 500$ last month) , but cut the residual value and increase the Money factor,,
eventually it is not making any difference in the lease payments.....am i right?

If you know the money factor, say so.. If they tell you that it's wrong, then you know they are lying about at least one thing.

I feel the discounting is fair for a 2020, so the only mark-up I’m really seeing is the MF.

Not sure how I would calculate the MF. Do I have to ask the dealer?

Is this a decent deal?

The quote shows 4 choices by down payments and lease payments. $4500 is the least cash down amount on the quote to give us 593 lease payment. $7500 for a $476 lease payment is the top choice. Sounds like this guy was taking advantage of my wife. I will go speak to him and will also get a couple of other dealer quotes. Will let you know what I end up with.

None of those have good deals on 2020 models.

The Volvo might be good, if you go for a 2019.
