Thank you so much for this, got the dealer to also confirm the MF and Residual on the 24/12k. However they were saying that only the $3025 lease incentive could be used and not the $500 bonus cash. From what I've found, that's untrue and they can both be used on the lease for the S AWD, correct?

Just want to make sure I can get confirmation of that before going back to them.

I wasn’t sure Nissan offered 10k for 36m, it has always been 36-12 in the past for my leases.

I purchased one of the last 2020 Muranos in the area (traveled from Metro Denver to Fort Collins to get it). Murano S AWD $36400 MSRP (options include splash guards, rear bumper protector, premium paint [tricoat white], floor and cargo mats, remote engine start and technology package). Selling price $24500 plus I got ~$3K overallowed on my trade (2020 Kia Sorento S)! I ended up paying no taxes. Through NMAC at 3.9% for 72 months (rate would have been better but for my significant negative equity). Very happy with the deal, dealership and the Murano!
