    Is there a car you see leases really well? I know it varies by zip code, but the Rav4 seems to have high MF and low incentives. Is there any that really stands out to you as a great deal recently?

    For a small SUV? There really isn't one that leases better than the rest - it is the most popular segment going.

    Take some test drives, find out what you like, then make your best deal.

    Don't look at the MF in a vacuum. A car can have a low MF, but a lousy residual and no incentives, and lease worse than a car with a high MF, a better residual and some residuals.

    As I said before, find something you'll enjoy driving for the next three years. I've seen too many people score a great lease deal, but hate the car.
