I just got an offer for $462 a month with 0 money down and taxes included and first months payment. This is for a 2020 wrx premium that has a sticker price of 29,000. Is this a good deal?

Ahh I see. The MSRP is actually 31,480. The selling price I saw in the website was 29,000 but the dealer lowered it even more to 28,826. Sorry for the confusion
I wanted to sign a $0 sign off lease which means all the fees and taxes will be applied into the lease agreement. Is it normal for the fees, taxes and first months payment to be $2000 dollars more into the adjusted cap cost. I’m still looking into this premium wrx that has a MSRP of 31,480. The dealer dropped the price down to 28,826 but since I wanted a 0 money down lease, that raised the cap cost to 30,826. He stated that the dealer fees alone are 595 and my first months rent payment is 462. So there is about 943 dollars left in fees and taxes? That seems pretty steep
