2020 Subaru WRX & STI Lease Deals and Prices

$595 lease acquisition fee
$200-$500 DMV fees (some may be padded)
$XXX dealer fee (Florida is the home of outrageous dealer fees)

As I noted when you first detailed this quote, it is a terrible deal. Shop more than one dealer, and let them know you are comparing prices.

There are some normal start up costs associated with a lease:

First payment
Dealer doc fee (regulated in some states, and not in others)
Acquisition fee (mandatory by the bank, $595 for Subaru)
Registration, title and other government fees

Our recommendation is to pay the first payment and any gov't costs when you sign the paperwork, and roll the dealer and bank fees into the payment.

So when I got a quote from this dealer in the 98033 area, and did my own lease calculation using Edmunds instructions and the MF you stated, my value for the monthly lease was much lower than what they quoted me. The only number that wasn't disclosed in their quote was what MF they were using. Can they change the MF at their discretion?

They can markup the MF as much as .00050.
