    I just got back some numbers for 36month 10k lease (2020 GT), 92637. Seems very high, so I just asked for a breakdown. Agreed price for car before incentives, taxes, fees - $39,874 (I just qualify for lease cash $720):

    36 months, 10k annual miles;

    $1,000 due at signing = $537/month including tax
    $2,000 due at signing = $508/month including tax
    $3,000 due at signing = $479/month including tax

    On approved credit.

    He can't be serious with that, can he?! The mark up is an extra 2000 over three years! What's a reasonable mark up off the base MF?

    None.

    Tell them you want the base MF, or you'll find a different dealer.
