Yes, shopped other dealers. The one I am dealing has history with me. The others either won't discount the vehicle that much, but give the base money factor OR they will steeply discount the vehicle, but then use an inflated money factor

And, the one pay (even though it is laying out alot of cash) is attractive. Or do the MSD, which would require about 7 or 8 to get the .0007 to .00016. That would mean about $3k plus payments. The MSD would tie up less money and might be the better way to go? Who knows what the stock market will do and interest rates for savings/CDs/checking beyond suck.
