The out the door price isn't relevant for a lease, as FL taxes the monthly payment, rather than collect it upfront. Plus, you've have to add the lease acquisition fee.

Fees $199, License transfer $430, Lemon Law $2, Tires Fees $5 and Battery Fees $1.5). I'm assuming you are saying more than $800 monthly because of the the tax but the $753 is tax included. The guy told me that the money factor he is using in the calculation is 0.00176 because they have to make money. I'm confused. Aren't they making money on the car? Should they mark up the MF? Or he is just selling me that? Thank you.

The only way to check the calculations is to have the actual numbers used for the lease. All of the extra items that don't apply (upfront sales tax), and others that do apply (acquisition fee) need to be accounted for, and the adjusted CAP cost disclosed.
