1. By "No incentives," I assume you just mean that's without any dealer incentives? I'm assuming the residual is a relatively fixed function of the MSPR and miles such that incentives can only impact the interest rate (i.e., MF * 24) or price paid (i.e., adj capitalized cost)?

2. Can I get the MF and Residual for the same MB but for 12/12.5K miles: 2020 MB GLB 250 SVU; Zip = 90275; 36-month lease; and 12k miles lease (or 12.5 lease if that's the next notch up)? I assume that will slightly lower residual but not impact the MF

1. There are no customer or dealer incentives on the GLB, just whatever discount you can negotiate off the sticker price. Residual is based off MSRP. The only two "variables" in a payment calculation are the MF and the cap cost.
2. 60% for 36/12, same MF

Per my calculator, I get how MF and cap cost are the only "variables" but is not longer lease term also a variable, or is that hard-wired per car? Thank you again ...

MB offers supported lease terms from 24 to 48 months - depending on how the RV is established, the longer term may make more sense.

Two ways to improve the deal:
1. Negotiate a lower price

Tell them you want the base MF of .00119, or no point in negotiating.

Those are just ads.. the actual payment is going to be much higher, once they add taxes, etc, markup the money factor, and give you less of a discount.

"Used" - as in previously sold and titled?

Or "Used" - as in this was a service loaner or dealer demo?

If the former, then we don't have any information on the CPO lease program

If the latter, then you can lease it, but there will be an adjustment to the residual for the extra miles.

In return, you'll want to negotiate a bigger discount from sticker - figure 15% or so.

Same discount applies regardless of cash, lease or finance.
