Here is the breakdown. At signing on the ILX is $2,000.07 + DMV. Broken down as $252.99 first month payment, $595 lease acquisition fee, $10 NY inspection fee, $75 document preparation fee, $12.50 tire tax fee, $919.65 upfront sales tax. Tax also includes the rebate tax into it of $64.69 from the $750 loyalty rebate.

Looks like a solid deal - but, a lower selling price is always better.

Hi there, more of a general question on money factor here. I'm shopping for a lease on a 2020 ILX. Based on the $3,750 in lease cash available, the ILX seems like a solid lease relative to its MSRP.

Is the money factor unusual high though? .00215 = around 5.16%. Would you consider this higher MF okay because it's offset by the money cash and incentives?

Yes, the incentives are to set off the high money factor

In the end, your total cost is what matters.
