I have a question on how the dealer is coming up with their pricing. I come up with something different on lease hacker and several other calculators. Any insight would be helpful. This is for an EX White

Where does the $765 that is added to the CAP come from?
Acquisition fee is $650, not $695

On the lease calculator, you are showing an $830 drive-off, but the screenshot deal is for $0 drive-off

You entered $1700 as CAP reduction on the calculator, but part of that money is going to pay the First payment and DMV fees that you aren't paying upfront.

That's basically the difference.

@kyfdx I never showed him my calculation. I did it for myself as I wanted to see the deal and pricing as a comparison.

I just gave him the details to write something up When I first saw the worksheet I didn't see where the $1700 lease cash was being deducted. Then I realized he used it to cover my drive off and the rest he applied to the cap red. I told him I wanted the entire $1700 in the cap red. Then he sent me the hand written calculation.

I see the typo on the Acq fee typo, in his worksheet it's correct.

I assume the $765 is the fees.

This is why I wanted a second set of eyes on this in case I missed anything Why is my payment $30 lower than his? By the way he is 3rd salesman to contact me from the dealership. All 3 gave me different pricing. It was fascinating to watch them. This guy was the lowest of the 3 as the other two weren't going to budge on price.

Your payment is $30 lower, because your calculation includes paying $830 upfront, and his has you paying ZERO.

I think the $765 is $650 acquisition fee + $85 doc fee, plus $30 for something else.

My dealership seems to not want me as a customer. They wouldn't budge on an LX 36/10, they stopped lowering at $350/month, I asked for $300 before leaving, and for the SX Turbo their first offer was $529/month. I asked for $350. Any advice, or is this the wrong place to ask?

We don't have any insight into pricing. Until you shop more than one dealer, you won't know, either.
