    Hi! I am trying to do some better research this time around for my new lease but struggling to find some details.

    Kia Seltos (2021) EX AWD

    Only offer I see available I would qualify for is $500 off
    36 months —> 12k miles a year

    I’m trying to calculate payments on leasehacker but can’t find the MF! Hopefully I included everything needed to find this but if not let me know please.

    Apologies. MSRP on sticker is 25290 and then total MSRP is 26540 (including carpet mats/ freight)

    Sell price: 25040
    Adjusted CAP Cost: 24659
    Amount DAS: Taxes of 739.29

    I do want to pay all fees upfront as well. So unsure if I should do that or just having it added into monthly is the better option.
