I assume so since 1st payment would usually be included in the cash DAS correct? Such a lease newb so I don't even know what to look for. This dealership is the first out of 5 I talked to that even provided a sheet like this. So it was truly helpful.

You should be able to buy extra miles, up front, at a price lower than the penalty charged at the end of the lease. check with your dealer.
