I also ran it putting 2000 down and I got the payment down to $553 per month.

All of those same details with zero down,, they are giving me a payment of $699 per month.

Does that sound correct? Of course they started out on first pencil at $761 mo until I got them down to MF .00025.

You could pay them up front, but you risk losing that money if the car is stolen or totaled.

Plus there is the dealer fee and the bank fee to be addressed, as well.

Looks like they lied to you. They were evidently including the Genesis to customer incentive in that price. They are only discounting the car by $365. This is a terrible deal.

There’s one other dealer here and I took this to them and they are at least willing and already have been better to deal with.

With $4000 of incentives, you should look for a sale price of around $49K (7% off), then subtract the incentives for a final selling price of $45,000.

The deals you are getting are around $3000 higher than that.

This would lower your payment to around $600/mo, instead of $700/mo

I’m hoping you can help me finally get this done. They agreed to sell me the car at 47,000. With this doc they sent, it should actually be 46k with the $4000 rebate applied, correct? I can pay TT&L. What am I missing? How can I get this payment to the low $500s?

If you have a cap cost of $46,000 even, then the payment is $549/mo.

I don't see you getting the payment any lower than that, unless you can get more than $750 off the sticker price.

No, a discount of $750 is not a good deal

The two deals are the same. The 2nd payment is only lower, due to the extra amount of money put upfront.
