    Perfect, that's what I used to calculate the price. With $3000 down (trade in), and a $400 college rebate on top of it as well, managed to get a 2021 Kona Ultimate AWD for $218 a month for 36/10k! :)

    Thank you for the info. new to this. Is lease cash a discount? If the window MSRP is 23515 would lease cash bring it down to 21515? I would then base residual factor on that lower figure?

    No, lease cash is a customer incentive, applied as a CAP cost reduction.
