I wouldn't accept any deal where the MF is marked up.

Shop around - it only takes one dealer to meet your demands.

How many miles are on it, specifically?

$925 acquisition fee
Dealer fee is, well, determined by the dealer.

For a loaner car, you want to target 15-18% off MSRP, before the incentive.
