    Thanks for the quick response! Isn't 0.00001 an incredible MF? I have a previous 3 year Mazda lease expiring and I'm pretty sure the MF was 0.00047. I know rates have come down, but this is fantastic (and lower than some other geographies if I do a quick eyeball of previous posts). Is it something about the NY region?
