    The dealer will tell you they are all mandatory.

    In reality, the dealer doc fee is pretty much pure profit for the dealer; rather than trying to negotiate it, figure out your total price and offer it to them, with the intention of waiving that fee.

    I am glad I have found this forum because from the looks of it, I was about to walk into a terrible deal tomorrow. I was going to put $8500 down to get $399/month for 36months and 10k miles. If I can get any advice from a member here on how to go about getting a payment below $400 without making a large down payment, or any, I would forever be grateful!!

    Also, may I please have the MF and RV for the following two Wranglers?

    Wrangler Unlimited Willys 2.0L and 3.0L engine, 4 door
    Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon - same configurations

    36 month lease, 10k, 12k, and 15k miles.

    Zip code: 92127
