    The dealership is giving me a $100 dollars a month discount just for switching from a 36 month lease to a 42 month. That seems very interesting, thoughts of why that is ? Is the dealership just giving me an incentive to do a 42 month lease instead of 36 month ?

    The longer terms actually work out better for the Wrangler, as there isn't as big a drop off in the residual for 42 vs. 36 months.

    But, you have to weigh that against the probability of needing consumable items - tires and brakes, among them - along with another year of registration.
