Hello, can I get the MF and RV for a 2021 Tacoma TRD Sport, double cab, 4x4. Zip code is 27587. I'd like to see 24/10 and 36/10 terms.

Also a question, I know that NC is in the SETF region and typically doesn't lease as well. If you go out of area and lease in a nearby state that is not SETF, then I'd assume you could get that state's deal, correct? We are very close to VA and I'd be willing to make a short drive to get a better deal. Thanks!

Because with that high of residual, the payment of 616 seems way too high. She told me the sale price for the vehicle was $40,332. I didn't negotiate the sale price down at all, I just asked for lease terms first.

Cool. Yeah, I wanted to see the lease worksheet first before trying to negotiate any sale price. Like I said, this is practice for me, so I'm not desperate to make a deal, but knowing the steps will certainly help.

So dealer says, "Tacomas are scarce. All dealers in this region chose to not participate in the current lease offer from Toyota Finance." They are offering a 36/12 lease with MF .00141 and residual of 70% through a bank. With a sale price of $37,416.22 and 2,999 down (not including dealer, government fees, tax on down - to be paid not rolled in) they say this equals a payment of 350 to 360. Lease calculators are giving me a payment of 284 pre-tax. So I'm just confused. Any thoughts?

I was going to ask them that. I’m guessing added on items like step bars and bed lighting. But that can’t be more than 1000.
Plus I told them 0 down so I’d need them to change that. I’m not putting 1200 down.
