Insist on the base rate, or shop elsewhere.
Not a good deal, any way you look at it.
Thank you for the insights, I'd really appreciate if you could let me know what a reasonable monthly payment for a deal with these inputs

Your only levers are the discount from sticker and the MF - you want the biggest discount and the base MF.

Your out of pocket in CA should be just the first payment and DMV costs (about 1.1% of MSRP). Acquisition fee should be part of the monthly payment.
If I add the base acquisition fee of $795 to the selling price, and use the base MF, I get a pre-tax payment of $659/mo.
It's just an OK lease program - nothing you can do about that.
It is a good idea to build a car and get it shipped in 3 months? Can I finalize the lease details now with the dealer or does that change once the car reaches the dealership?

Lots of people custom order cars.
However, I don't know if MB allows you to "lock in" the lease rates at the time of order, or if you have to use the programs in place when the car is delivered.
If you go that route, you should absolutely document the selling price ("5% below MSRP" or something like that) and the MF (base MF, either at the time of order or delivery). Not negotiating those items leaves you at a disadvantage when the car is delivered and the dealer wants to play around with the numbers.
Hello, do you have the January figures for a ‘21 GLC 4matic 10k and 7.5k for 36 and 42 mos? Are there any incentives available? Thank you. & happy new year.

Hey there - data on the current MF, RV, and incentives for the GLC 300 RWD in Florida would be great. 36 months and 12k + 15k miles since I'm undecided on that.
I noticed someone said above that if you're doing a custom order you should negotiate the MSRP discount and MF upfront (or at least say it will be the base MF at time of delivery) but what about the RV- that's a pretty big factor? Would hate to wait 3 months then have the dealer try to play games with that. Appreciate any advice - great resource!

Dealer can't mess around with the RV - it's fixed by the bank.
And, you'll likely get the program numbers when the car is delivered, not when it's ordered. But, get it in writing that you'll get the base MF when the time comes.
Yes, negotiate the pricing now, as well. You lose leverage when the car arrives and you're at the mercy of the dealer.

What do we think?
Buy out amount isn't the same as the residual amount. Buyout usually includes a purchase option fee.
Do you have the adjusted CAP cost, with taxes and acquisition fee added?

What cap cost is the dealer using?
Couldn’t get him to write it up so I don’t know
Without the numbers, there isn't much we can do to help. Ask them for a screen shot of their lease worksheet.
