I know these aren't the full numbers, but I was hoping someone might be able to see if I'm on the right track for a good deal.

This is for a 2021 Civic LX Sedan. 36 months/10,000 miles. Zip code is 12061. Dealer says the $1,783 is "the out-the-door payment covering taxes, state DMV fees, dealer documentation service fees." The monthly payment would be $209.

I also have a lease newbie question. In the info I got above, @Michaell said there was a $900 dealer cash incentive. Is that likely already included in the discount they're quoting me, or is that something I should ask for on top of this? Thank you!

The $900 is part of the discount from MSRP you are seeing.

Looks like a pretty solid deal, given the current market conditions.

I would much rather do 12k miles and put $0 down payment. My credit is good, so im not too worried about not qualifying for tier 1. Do you know what the monthly payments would look like changing to those terms and how feasible it would be to negotiate with this?

I'll assume the $2799 is the $209 first payment and $2590 cap reduction.

What we don't know is if the net cap cost is before or after the $2509.

12K/yr will decrease the residual by 1%. That's $241 over the lease term, or a little under $7/mo. more.
Just putting first payment upfront will increase the payment $72/mo.

So, more like $289/mo. with just first payment Due at Signing.

Of course, the fine print will probably tell you everything that's not included in the prices given.
