    Looking to purchase an NX Sport list $40,060. Luxury. I qualify for Loyalty (13th Lexus) what are the incentives? any reductions/rebates? I usually lease but now wish to buy. I need advise please.
    I currently lease an NX, payout is 24,000, I only have 14K miles on a 2019. It is worth 30K.

    I wouldn't assume that.. ;)

    Adjusted CAP cost would have to be $39,800 to get that payment.
    I don't see any allowance for acquisition fee or dealer fee in your upfront money, so that would have to be included in the CAP.

    Without all the numbers, it's hard to see exactly what you are paying for.

    $1500 upfront and $443/mo looks pretty good, relative to MSRP, though.

    MF is pretty low to begin with; not much point in using MSDs.

    But .. max 9 allowed, each of which reduce the MF by .00008
