    Also are MF values fixed or will Lexus dealer negotiate based on credit worthiness?

    Ok so want to make sure I have this right:
    For 36/12k term the MF, RV & incentives is this:
    .00005 and 54% / 56% for Base / F-Sport
    $2250 lease cash

    For 36/10k term, the MF & incentives are same, but RV will be:
    55%/57% for Base / F-Sport?

    Just wanted to be clear on the +1% info provided above

    Lastly, can you also provide MF, RV & incentives for these terms as well:
    24/10k
    27/10k

    Again zip is 11414.

    For shorter terms, MF and incentives are the same.

    Add 7% to go from 36 to 24 months

    How long are the MF & RV Values provided via this forum good for? Are they legitimate for all of March? Do the values change each month?

    Any chance the dealer provided MF & RV values dont match what is provided here?

    Lexus programs expire 3/31; they could change in April, but we don't know.

    RV is fixed by the bank, but the dealer could mark up the MF for extra profit.
