    Hi - Can I please get the money factor and residual for a RX350 and RX350 F Sport at 36/10K in 90035. AWD for both. I currently have a Lexus if that helps at all.

    You aren't changing the cost of the lease buy putting more money up front - would you pre-pay rent on an apartment?

    But, that payment is way better than your first quote, for sure.

    Today I got $650/month after tax quote for 2021 RX 350 F Sport AWD.
    $61,000 MSRP
    36 months/10k
    Trade in $4,000 credit
    $1,500 lease incentive
    $3,000 drive off including first payment, registration, and etc.
    Zip code is 90067

    The dealer said due to car shortage, he can't give me any discount.
    Is this a good deal????

    A total of $7000 due at signing, including your trade? Effectively, over $800/mo, all in?

    Doesn't seem like a great deal. What a dealer says is rarely relevant. Shop more dealers and see what other quotes you can get.

    That doesn't sound any better. Seems they are just moving numbers around. What point is a quote that doesn't include all of those items.

    I see. I counter offered with my math above (MF .00061) and the dealer rejected no one can give discount on the car cuz of car shortage. Is this counter offer that undoable?

    If the dealers says "no", there isn't much of an appeals process. Have you shopped multiple dealers?

    That's still $800/mo, when you amortize the up front cash.

    I'd wait until your lease is up, in the hopes that the market is just a bit more customer friendly.

    Amount due at signing is just the first month payment. I don't have the selling price and Adjusted CAP! I think they only discounted the MSRP $3000.

    Amount due at signing is just the first month payment. I don't have the selling price and Adjusted CAP! I think they only discounted the MSRP $3000.
    $600/mo, with just first payment due at signing seems like a reasonable quote for that MSRP
