I agree with the dealer's numbers.

You've made a couple of data entry errors on the LH calculator, which is why it doesn't come up the same.

You capitalized the taxes, while the dealer has you paying them upfront. (uncheck that box)
Total dealer and Govt fees ($742 according to the dealer). You've entered $836 + $400.

If you fix those two items on the calculator, it should come pretty close to the dealer's numbers, which appear to be spot on.

The problem with the calculator, is you don't know what assumptions it makes, (amount of sales tax, etc).

The dealer's payment calculation is exact. $600 isn't a very big discount.

Want to make a reasonable offer, but otherwise I’m walking. I know the market is horrible but I definitely won’t be taken for a fool!

I don't know how low they will go. And, I don't know how True Car comes up with their numbers.

In normal times, 5%-6% off MSRP, minus incentives is about the lowest you'll get on an Audi.

Yes, $244 seems like a garbage fee, but you'll be better off just negotiating the price of the vehicle.

This would be the first time I’ve considered leasing a vehicle significantly farther away from where I live. I’m pretty certain there’s a lot more of that going on now.

However, I didn’t think at first about using the zip where the vehicle and dealership are currently located to determine incentives.
