    in addition to the above, trading in an existing 2018 Q5 with 13k miles, on a 3yr/30k lease. hoping to get some decent value for being well under the mileage allowance. Any thoughts there?

    You'll have to research current trade-in value vs. the payoff.

    Can't help you with the other incentives, other that to speculate they may be for purchases, not leases.
