    Hi,

    This offer looks a bit high no for a 2021 Q5 Premium Plus? 36/7.5 in 60614. I think I could get them to $3k and $500, but that mileage needs to come up to at least 36/10? Anything you would recommend?

    Also, how should I think about the Audi Lease Cash which you quoted $2k, versus my DAS (down payment, etc)? If they quoted me $3750 to start and $498 would that be including the $2k lease cash?

    If they quoted you a DAS and monthly, then it has to include the incentives. There is nowhere else to put lease incentives except in the deal.

    How does the $2095 in fees break out? $895 acquisition fee? Then, what?

    I was just taking the pretax $405 monthly payment by 8.25% but this might be the incorrect method. I understand IL taxes just the downpayment and the monthly lease payment?

    IL taxes the sum of the lease payments, the taxable fees (acquisition and dealer doc) and any down payment. This amount is either collected up front, at signing, or can be added into the selling price and made part of the monthly payment.

    Yes, I did. They told me that the MF was not set by them..
    They are lying to you.

    The base MF is set by the bank, but the dealer is allowed to mark it up for extra profit.

    Find another dealer.
