    I agree with the math on that quote.

    Paying full sales tax for a car you will only drive 3 years will make any lease expensive.

    Two ways to lower the payment.
    1. Use MSDs to buy down the MF
    2. Negotiate a bigger discount from sticker

    Doesn't make a lot of difference. The sales tax comment is specific to MD, where you pay sales tax on the full selling price. Any lease will seem expensive, due to the amount of the tax.
    Your deal is reasonable.
