I custom ordered this car fall of last year and it arrived at the dealership yesterday. I have been approved but have yet to see official documents, because of the back and forth and they mentioned the power outages/storm in Texas impacting their finance department?

The selling price of the car is 53,815. I was given an employee discount which dropped it to 50,890.00. With fees, it takes it back up to 55,663.43

My credit score is pretty high. Right now the BEST payment for 48 months 7,500 (I drive less than this) is $644. That's no maintenance included AND with a capital cost reduction of 4,000.

My MF is .00134.

What are the thoughts on this deal?

Ask them to provide you with a screen shot of their lease worksheet.

But, the MF is marked up, which hurts.

Also, confirm how the taxes are being addressed. In Texas, you pay sales tax on the entire selling price of the car, even on a lease.

In Florida, you only pay tax on the monthly payment.

Simple as that. Ask the dealer why their quote shows 42%
