Thanks. I guess the dealership is trying to see if I am not paying attention.
This is the first offer that they sent. I thiink it does not include the GA tax on car purchases (but I will double check). If I try to calculate on my own, With 2500 down, I would be looking at a payment of around 373 (Depreciation of 350 + 22.64 finance) or is my calculation off? I am a bit rusty

Net 36817
Residual value: 21712
Cash down: 2167
Amount to finance: 12,938 => Monthly /36 = 360
Finance cost (Residual+amount to finance)*MF
= 23
Total monthly = 360+23 = 383.

I get $458/mo, plus tax, with those prices.

Not all the cash down is going to cap reduction - you have to make the first payment from that amount.

I show just over $15K of depreciation, which adds $60/mo to your calculations.

However: Just one precision though is that the 2167 would be indeed the cash down (as I substraced the 1st monthly of that) for the sake of my calculation. I would do then 2167 + first payment.

Where in the caculation do I take the amount down?
I had done Agreed price, minus residual, minus downpayment.
That is how I got 12,938. Wihtout puting the cash down there I agree wiht 15000 depreciation. But then where in the formula do I account for that?

I mean I took the Adjusted price that sounds good (I think). I added the options (that look overpriced to mee) and the taxable fees, admin charge, non taxt fee). So I had a potential price of 36817.
I then took MSRP and multiplied by 58%. So my residual is 21,712.33.
Did I miss something in this part? Then I did my potential price of 36817 - residual = 15000 (give or take) - DP of 2000. Amount to finance 13000.

I don't see the $595 acquisition fee listed anywhere in your paperwork.

We recommend avoiding a down payment - while it lowers the monthly payment, it doesn't change the cost of the lease.

And, that up front money would be lost if the car were to be stolen or totaled before lease end.

You are right I don’t see that fee. I suspect that form is by design hiding some elements of the calculation.

I agree with about the DP. I normally remove it at the end but keep it early in the exchange.

Where else is my calculation I correct?

I need to set up to run the numbers.
Taxes I understand. But I need to figure out the lease/rent cost. Also why they are dividing by 35 instead of 36.

I feel I should be able to do about $30 less on that payment.
