If not, we need to know that number (also known as the adjusted or net cap cost).

So what they told me was the sales price was $29,702. So I asked again to only find out that they were adding $500+ in accessories. So, the $398 payment was really on $29,702 + $500 in accessories. I told them I didn't want those $500 in accessories so that lowered the payment to $389 per month, for 36 months, 10K miles, with only having to give them my first payment which is $389 out of pocket.

What does the dealer have to say about the acquisition fee ($595) and the dealer doc fee (not much, but not $0 in PA)?

Is the $389/mo inclusive of sales tax? PA has a 3% lease surcharge, so whatever your normal sales tax is, add 3% to it.

I still can't get to $389/mo with the prices you've given me. With 11% sales tax, I'm still only at $354/mo.

Ask the dealer for a screen shot of their lease worksheet, so we can review it.

If the MSRP is $35,000, then $350/36 = just under $10/mo.
