I got a 2021 Honda Accord Sport SE 36/12k lease with MF 0.00092, 61% residual for $315 a month (my state NC charges a 3% usage tax - included in the payment). Paid just the first month at the dealership and have 35 more payments to go.
The doc and registration fees ($833), acquisition fee ($595) were capitalized for the gross cap cost of $27,823. The agreed upon value of the vehicle is $27,228.
My zip is 27519.
Did I get a good deal? it was on Jan 4th.
