    VW salesperson said the best he can do for 15k/36 is MF 0.00093 and 49% Residual. I mentioned Edmunds gave better numbers and he said "well then Lease it from Edmunds". So I'm going to try for a KIA Forte.
    The dealer doesn't have any sway over the residual.
    I'll guess they were trying to lease you a 2020 model, and marking up the money factor.

    If you want a Jetta, there has to be more than one dealer.

    Im looking at a 2021 Jetta S w/ Manual trans and I live in 92009

    I will consider either financing or lease, I just want the best deal!
    For lease I would do a 24/36 month at 10k/12k miles.
